Before You Book
We want you to know the important details before reserving your stay.
Maximum Occupancy
The bungalow accommodates a maximum of 4 overnight guests unless a camper spot is also rented.
All overnight guests must be listed on the reservation. Day visitors must be approved in advance.
Pet Policy
One dog is welcome with the applicable pet fee paid at the time of booking.
Please crate your dog whenever it is left unattended in the bungalow.
Camper Hookup
A camper hookup is available with a bungalow rental for an additional $50 per night.
Please contact us before bringing a camper so availability can be confirmed. The camper hookup allows for 2 additional guests.
Accessibility
Guests must be able to climb stairs to enter the bungalow.
The bungalow is located above a garage and is not handicap accessible.
Important House Rules
We want you to relax and enjoy everything the Sunset Barn Bungalow has to offer. A few important rules help us keep our guests, property and neighbors safe.
• No parties or events unless approved in advance.
• Quiet hours are 12:00 AM–7:00 AM.
• No smoking inside the bungalow or on the deck.
• Outdoor smoking is permitted by the fire pit only.
• A $500 fee will be charged for smoking inside the bungalow.
• Please do not climb on cable railings, furniture, wardrobes, appliances or other structures.
• Tampering with or removing smoke detectors is strictly prohibited.
• Please flush toilet paper only. Do not flush wipes, including those labeled “flushable.”
• Please clean the grill after use.
• Please do not operate the heat or air conditioning with windows or exterior doors open.
• No bonfires or open flames during applicable Noble County burn bans.
• No business or commercial activity may be conducted on the property.
Kayaks & Paddleboards
Complimentary kayaks and inflatable stand-up paddleboards are provided for guests to enjoy.
For everyone’s safety:
• Life jackets are provided and must be worn.
• Kayaks and SUPs are for single-person use only.
• Kayaks and SUPs may not be used between sunset and sunrise due to boating regulations.
• Never operate a kayak or paddleboard while under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other impairing substances.
• Children must be appropriately supervised around the water.
Please use good judgment and follow all applicable water and boating safety requirements.
Private Garage & Emergency Exit
The garage beneath the bungalow is private and is not included with your rental.
Please do not use the emergency exit door leading to the private garage except in an actual emergency.
The garage is under video surveillance and the emergency exit is clearly marked.
Unauthorized entry into the private garage may result in termination of the stay.

Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Private access to the bungalow is provided through a key code issued on the day of check-in.

Payment & Cancellation
Payment Policy
50% deposit is due at the time of booking, remaining 50% is to be paid one day prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Strict cancellation policy.
Bookings canceled 60 days prior to the stay will be refunded.
If within the 60 day window, no refund will be given unless the cancelled dates get rebooked.

Before You Leave
We keep checkout simple so you can enjoy every last minute of your stay.
Before heading home, we simply ask that you:
• Turn off lights, appliances and other items
• Return any keys, if applicable
• Make sure the bungalow is locked before leaving
That’s it — no lengthy checkout chore list!
A Few Final Details
Décor, linens and other furnishings may occasionally vary from photographs as items are replaced, updated or changed as needed.
The property is inspected and timestamp video is taken before each guest’s arrival.
By completing your reservation, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the applicable property rules and booking policies.
