The Seneca Lake Sunset Barn Bungalow was created to be more than just a place to stay. It’s a comfortable, thoughtfully designed lake retreat where you can slow down, relax and enjoy everything that makes Seneca Lake special.
Located in the quiet Lakeland Addition overlooking the lake, the bungalow offers beautiful views, colorful sunsets and a peaceful setting while keeping you close to the water and area attractions.
Our lake house is located nearby, but the bungalow is completely private. We’re happy to have as much — or as little — interaction with you as you’d like during your stay.
Inside the Bungalow
The newly constructed bungalow combines modern finishes with a warm, comfortable atmosphere.
There are two bedroom suites, each with its own full bathroom featuring modern tile showers and fixtures.
The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed with a heated mattress pad. The second bedroom has a twin-size bed, and a twin-size auto-inflate/deflate air mattress is also available for additional sleeping space.
All linens are provided, along with extras and cozy blankets for cooler evenings.
The living room is designed for relaxing after a day at the lake, with a top-grain leather reclining loveseat, two individual recliners, an electric fireplace and a 60-inch TV ready for your favorite streaming services.
A Kitchen That Feels Like Home
The upscale kitchen is fully equipped, whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast before heading to the lake or cooking dinner after a full day of exploring.
You’ll find quartz countertops with bar seating for four, cookware, kitchen accessories, cooking oil, spices and plenty of thoughtful extras.
The kitchen also includes a Keurig with coffee starter supplies, Ninja blender, KitchenAid stand mixer, toaster and toaster oven.
Prefer cooking outside? A propane grill is provided, and we supply the propane.
Outdoor Living
The large Trex deck is one of the highlights of the bungalow.
Relax in the Polywood Adirondack gliders with ottomans, enjoy a meal at the pub table or simply sit back and watch the sunset over Seneca Lake.
When the sun goes down, gather around the outdoor fire pit. Firewood is complimentary, so all you have to do is settle in and enjoy a peaceful evening under the stars.
Guests also have complimentary use of our kayaks and inflatable stand-up paddleboards during their stay.
Bringing your own boat? Our large circular driveway provides convenient boat parking.
Your Privacy, Your Getaway
You’ll have private access to the entire bungalow using a key code provided on the day of check-in.
The bungalow, deck, grill and fire pit are yours to enjoy.
Our goal is simple: give you a comfortable place where you can truly relax and enjoy your time at Seneca Lake.
We provide basic toiletries, linens, coffee, spices and plenty of little extras to make packing easier.
And when it’s time to leave?
No long list of checkout chores.

Good to Know Before Your Stay
The bungalow is located above a garage that we use for storage, and guests must climb stairs to enter the unit.
Because of the stairs, the bungalow is not handicap accessible.
The property is located in a small, close-knit neighborhood overlooking Seneca Lake. We share a 20-foot easement at the entrance of the driveway with our neighbors, and our driveway is circular.
Just down the hill from the bungalow along State Route 147, there is a pull-off with paths leading toward the water. Guests may use this area as an option for launching kayaks, fishing or swimming.
Boat parking is available.
A camper hookup is also available for an additional $50 per night with a bungalow rental. Please contact us for details and occupancy requirements.
